About the role


We are looking for an organized and proactive assistant to support the CEO in administrative and organizational matters. If you know how to effectively manage time, monitor task execution, and are ready to actively grow in the IT field - this role is for you.


Job description


  • Maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare agendas and tasks for meetings and provide participants with the necessary information
  • Monitor task execution and follow up on assignments
  • Carry out research tasks, including gathering and analyzing information
  • Prepare documents, letters, and reports
  • Collect and systematize large amounts of information
  • Provide administrative support for the CEO, including organizing business trips, booking tickets, and preparing presentations and reports


Qualifications


You have:


  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan time
  • Experience in the position of Business Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Project Manager for at least 2 years
  • Attention to detail, structured thinking, and a sense of responsibility
  • Higher education (preferably technical)
  • General proactivity and conscious initiative
  • Ability to process large volumes of information and strong research skills
