Job Location - On-site- Hands-on Expert (as of date) - L4 Engineering Level Troubleshooter and Consultant.
- Hands-on professional, ready to work on all MI tasks as an individual contributor.
- Capable of driving L2 and L3 team experts with a strong focus on W365 end-to-end expertise (mandatory) and in-depth L4-level troubleshooting knowledge of Citrix.
- Design, deploy, and manage VDI solutions using platforms such as: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 (Cloud PC).
- Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to ensure the VDI environment meets current and future demands.
- Implement security best practices and perform regular security audits of the VDI infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge in deploying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Bicep and Terraform to build complete VDI infrastructure from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with migrations, including migrating the entire estate from Citrix to Windows 365 (W365) and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) multi-session OS.
- Deploy and configure Citrix Netscaler to allow users to access the VDI estate from internal and external networks, ensuring GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing) solutions are in place.
- Extensive expertise in Intune, including app distribution using Intune, managing Apple and Windows devices as well as managing Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PCs.
