As a Project Manager Customer Onboarding & Campaigns, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful integration of Cryptonow products with our retail and online partners. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding processes and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that drive visibility and sales growth. This cross-functional role requires exceptional project management skills and a proactive approach to collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration of Cryptonow products.
  
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Cryptonow products at the retail store level across Switzerland.
  
• Drive marketing initiatives in online shops to maximize product visibility and foster growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and onboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
  

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in customer onboarding or marketing campaigns.
  
• Expertise in retail store marketing and online shop marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce environments.
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across teams effectively.
  
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and other relevant software solutions (SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot, etc.).
  
• Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  
• Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and enthusiasm for Cryptonow�s products.
