Welche Aufgaben Sie erwarten

Sie bearbeiten eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen, zum Beispiel:

• Bestell- und Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Fakturierung von Kundenaufträgen
  
• Entgegennahme von Retouren und Reklamationen
  
• Auftragsmonitoring und Termindisposition mit internen und externen Stellen
  
• Kundenverwaltung und Pflege von Logistik- und Vertriebsbeziehungen zu Kunden
  
• Korrespondenz in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
  
• Ca. 20% Unterstützung des Finance-Teams, bspw. bei Fragen zur Verarbeitung von Rechnungen, Mehrwertsteuerthemen, Übernahme von Aufgaben beim Monats- bzw. Jahresabschluss.
  

Was Sie mitbringen

Um diese Position bestmöglich auszufüllen und erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung. Kenntnisse im Pharmaumfeld sind von Vorteil.
  
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  
• Hohes Mass an Genauigkeit.
  
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere in Excel. SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  
• Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise.
  
• Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute mündliche und schriftliche Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse. Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  
• Bereitschaft, in unserem Büro in Mitlödi präsent zu sein.
