As
Teamlead Engineering - Retail Frontend (all genders) at HolidayCheck, you will lead with a focus on people, process, and frontend product excellence. You’ll foster a high-performance environment where frontend teams build delightful, reliable, and scalable travel experiences. By combining technical leadership with a product-oriented mindset, you will enable engineers to deliver user-facing features that have real business impact.#
Your Tasks- Lead and develop distributed frontend engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and career growth
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of user-facing features
- Continuously improve engineering processes to enhance speed, quality, and team productivity
- Drive alignment across product, design, and engineering to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Define and monitor engineering impact through measurable KPIs linked to business outcomes
- Promote a culture of ownership, inclusion, excellence, and continuous feedback
- Define and uphold service-level objectives (SLOs) for frontend reliability and performance
- Plan team capacity, drive hiring, and scale the team to meet product roadmap needs

What you bring- Solid background in engineering, ideally with deep experience in frontend technologies and platforms
- Proven track record in engineering leadership roles, including team management and organizational development
- Strong product mindset and ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
- Experience leading distributed teams across different locations or time zones
- Operational awareness with a focus on delivery predictability and system reliability
- Empathetic and outcome-driven leadership style, focused on enabling others to succeed
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional and organizational boundaries
