Treasury Operations Specialist - 6-month contract

Partners Group is seeking a skilled Treasury Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract within their Global Treasury team.

The Treasury Operations Specialist will serve as an operational expert responsible for supporting Partners Group's corporate payment infrastructure and treasury operations during this contract period. You will act as a liaison between local finance teams and treasury operations to implement process improvements and support automation initiatives. This role requires experience with global payment infrastructures and strong communication skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance of Partners Group's corporate payment infrastructure and assist with digital transformation initiatives
  
• Manage payment provider issues and technical matters as lead expert; serve as primary contact for local finance teams on payments and banking services
  
• Support connectivity solutions (H2H) and assist with payment system integrations
  
• Apply knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and help maintain critical documentation including payment signatory policies
  
• Execute specialized treasury activities including intercompany balance management, bank guarantee management, and cash flow forecasting
  
• Support ongoing treasury projects
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Professional designations (CTP/SCT/ACT) are a plus
  
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in treasury organization of an international organisation with responsibility for payment infrastructure
  
• Results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  
• Strong presentation skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel, and Treasury Management Systems (SAP, TIS, WSS)
  
• Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
