Aufgaben

• Preparation of authentic North Indian dishes (curries, tandoori, vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
  
• Cooking with traditional Indian spices and fresh ingredients
  
• Handling and maintaining the tandoor oven
  
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
  
• Organizing the kitchen workspace and monitoring stock levels
  
• Supporting menu planning and seasonal specials
  
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and service team
  

Anforderungen

• Several years of experience as a cook, preferably in North Indian cuisine
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices and traditional cooking techniques
  
• Experience with the tandoor oven is a big plus
  
• Clean, structured, and independent working style
  
• Team player with reliability and resilience under pressure
  
• Basic German or English skills for team communication
  
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
• Friendly attitude and genuine passion for Indian cooking
