As the chief of staff at our Seed stage deep-tech startup transitioning to Series A , you will be the right hand to the C suite, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. Your mission is to:

• Align cross-functional teams with the company�s vision to advance our cutting-edge technology in AI, robotics, and manufacturing
  
• Streamline communication and decision-making processes to maintain momentum during rapid growth.
  
• Oversee key projects, from fundraising to product development, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  
• Act as a strategic thought partner, anticipating challenges and proposing solutions to scale operations Effectively
  
• Manage talent and HR duties for the Company
  
• Ensure Financial payments are made with a plan on future improvements
  
• Foster a cohesive high-performing culture as we expand our team and prepare for Series A milestone.

We are looking for a dynamic, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You should have:

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role, ideally in a startup or high-growth Tech company
  
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and drive results under tight deadlines.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for prioritizing what matters most
  
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges in a rapidly scaling organization.
  
• Proven record of people and relationship management
  
• Finical Opex and Capex management
  
• Familiarity with deep-tech, AI, or robotics is a plus but a passion for innovation is essential.
