We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function. You’ll shape how our mission is understood across audiences, from protocol engineers to the crypto-curious. You’ll define our strategy, build systems and manage teams, and drive a narrative that captures imagination and catalyses adoption.

• Develop and own a holistic marketing strategy spanning brand, content, product marketing, and growth
  
• Hire and manage contributors across comms, design, events
  
• Oversee the development of compelling narrative for Symbiotic that bridges deep technical infrastructure with the retail audience
  
• Advise on brand strategy to ensure Symbiotic resonates with the audience we aim to appeal to
  
• Build campaigns that resonate with both developers and retail audiences, driving awareness, curiosity, and credibility
  
• Stay plugged into market trends and use them to position Symbiotic within key crypto narratives
  
• Design metrics and KPIs to measure performance and ensure accountability

• You�ve led marketing for a technical crypto product (infra, L1/L2, rollups, ZK, CEX/DEX or similar), or you�ve demonstrated the spark of genius that shows you�re ready to
  
• You can lead a small team, but still want to be hands-on
  
• You�re systems thinker with proven track record in branding and/or product marketing
  
• You understand how to communicate deep infrastructure to both crypto-native builders and curious retail users
  
• You�re excited by the challenge of building in a permissionless, decentralized context
  
• You�re deeply curious, trend-aware, and energised by storytelling that moves markets
