As eCommerce Marketing Intern for Altra, you will support the CRM and Digital Marketing team in executing impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. You will gain hands-on experience in CRM reporting, email marketing, and cross-channel performance analysis.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as eCommerce Marketing Intern:

• Cooperate with external providers and internal team on the creation and execution of Email Marketing campaigns.
  
• Build and maintain weekly CRM performance reports to evaluate channel effectiveness.
  
• Analyse CRM and digital marketing KPIs to assess campaign success and identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
  
• Participate in the development of integrated online and offline communication strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about CRM and digital marketing, eager to learn, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated:

• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  
• The capability to analyse and interpret marketing data.
  
• An understanding of CRM and digital marketing landscapes.
  
• A keen interest in customer engagement and performance marketing.
  
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
  
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is nice to have, but we are most interested in your experiences and professional achievements.
