Job Description

• Accepting and returning guest luggage
  
• Inspecting bicycles (e.g. checking locks and keys, inflating tires, etc.)
  
• Assisting colleagues with check-in and check-out procedures
  
• Receiving deliveries in the absence of the responsible person and on weekends
  
• Performing minor repair and maintenance tasks
  
• Managing and maintaining the rental car (valid driver�s license required)
  
• General guest support, including providing information and distributing treatments
  
• Assisting with inventory counts and monthly closing procedures
  
• Supporting shop inspections and controls
  
• Archiving and organizing work areas
  

Qualifications

• You've already experience at the front office and speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are advantageous
  
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
  
• You�re a doer - and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
  
• You�re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
  

Additional Information

• Only work 4 days the week as a full-time team member
