Pictet Wealth Management is seeking to recruit an
Investment Risk Officer to join its Investment Risk team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding PWM's clients and the Group. This role combines investment expertise, regulatory knowledge, control and analysis activities and project management. You will be required to show a high level of initiative, capacity to work as part of a team and excellent communication skills.Your role-------------
- Regulatory compliance and risk management: ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies by performing a range of control activities.
- Portfolio risk assessment: conducting thorough reviews of investment portfolios to proactively identify emerging risks and recommend suitable mitigation actions.
- Cooperation with the Front Office: engaging closely with the Front Office to effectively identify, address and monitor investment risks.
- Risk reporting: preparing and delivering regular risk reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
- Educational material: creating and updating comprehensive educational material for the Front Office to enhance awareness and understanding of risk management practices.

- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Finance, Economics or a related subject.
- Previous experience in the Banking sector.
- Good understanding of Swiss and European regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on risk mitigation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and French (other languages a plus).
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
