We have Full-Time Deskside Support Opportunity - Basel, Switzerland (Freelance Contract)
We are currently hiring for a full-time Deskside Support Engineer on a freelance contract basis for an initial 1-year duration.
Requirement:
Valid work Visa if non native
minimum B2 German Language proficiency
Location:
Grenzacherstrasse 124, 4070 Basel, Switzerland
Role Overview:
Provide on-site IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
Support device setup, user onboarding, and ticket resolution
Maintain high-quality customer service and documentation
Contract Type:
Freelance contact under Germany and UK based company
Full-time, on-site
Initial duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
