As part of Jungbunzlauer’s product management, our technical support team provides the personalised assistance our sales team, customers and distributors need to overcome their daily technical challenges.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs member of this team, you will interact with sales, production plants and application development to provide non-commercial pre- and post-sales service to our global sales team, distributors and customers.
- Providing consultancy on product specific technical and quality related inquiries, literature requests, specifications and questionnaires
- Coordinating and responding to product related complaints
- Creating and maintaining technical and sales documentation materials and presentations
- Monitoring global and regional food and chemical regulations and ensuring compliance in products, packaging, and labelling
- Organizing and conducting product training sessions for sales and distributors

Your Profile- Bachelor�s or ideally Master�s degree in Natural Sciences
- Excellent proficiency in German and English
- High quality of work, reliability, and commitment
- Outstanding learning ability, deep curiosity, ownership mentality and team spirit
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organisational skills
