TBNWe are looking for a Lead Consultant/Team Lead (m/f/d) SAP FPSL for IFRS17 Implementation for our customer . As a Lead Consultant specializing in SAP FPSL for IFRS17, you will play a pivotal role in not only configuring SAP FPSL to meet IFRS17 compliance for the primary insurance and reinsurance business within GMM but also in leading a team of functional experts to deliver successful outcomes. Your expertise will be vital in guiding the team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that financial planning and analysis processes are aligned with IFRS17 principles.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of SAP FPSL functional experts. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Ensure effective teamwork and task distribution
  
• IFRS17 Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of IFRS17 accounting principles to provide alternative design solutions and to guide the team in configuring SAP FPSL to meet specific IFRS17 requirements
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their financial needs, and translate these requirements into functional specifications
  
• Configuration Oversight: Oversee the configuration of SAP FPSL, including the definition of financial structures, hierarchies, rules, and workflows. Ensure the team is configuring the system to meet compliance and business needs
  
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the creation and execution of test cases to validate the system's performance. Verify that the system aligns with the defined business processes
  
• Support and Issue Resolution: Lead the team in supporting the business for analysis and reconciliation of calculation output. Take charge in case of incidents, analyzing root causes, and interacting with SAP Fioneer for timely resolution
  
• Project Management: Manage the overall SAP FPSL and IFRS17 implementation project. Monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget
  
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, test results, and incident resolutions
  

• SAP FPSL Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP FPSL, with a strong focus on IFRS17 compliance and GMM for the primary insurance and reinsurance business
  
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentorship
  
• Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial concepts, especially IFRS17, to guide team members effectively
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, convey functional requirements, and lead a team.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to lead in issue resolution and troubleshooting
  
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Proficiency in creating and overseeing test cases to ensure system accuracy
  
• Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving approach to efficiently address issues.
  
• Vendor Interaction: Experience in interacting with software providers for support and issue resolution
  
• Project Management: Strong project management skills to ensure successful implementation
  
• 8+ Years of Experience: This is a leadership role, and candidates should ideally have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, 4 of which in SAP FPSL (SAP Insurance Analyzer, AFI, etc..)
  

In this Lead Consultant/Team Lead role, you'll not only contribute to the successful implementation of SAP FPSL and IFRS17 processes but also provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional experts, ensuring that the project is executed effectively and in alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
