About the role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Product Owner to take responsibility for the development of our cutting-edge digital asset trading platform.

This is a strategic role with full product ownership: you’ll define the vision, craft the roadmap, and drive execution from idea to launch and beyond.

You will report to the CPO and lead the cross-functional team - including engineering, design, legal, and go-to-market - to deliver a secure, user-friendly, and scalable product that aligns with our business goals and exceeds user expectations. Job description

• Analyze the digital asset market and the needs of various investor categories
  
• Form a product strategy and platform development roadmap
  
• Identify key functional capabilities: trading, margin operations, portfolio management, analytics, integration with brokers and exchanges
  
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute the strategy
  
• Create requirements, specifications, and user scenarios for new features
  
• Ensure the platform meets high standards of security, transaction speed, and usability
  
• Coordinate the launch of new features and updates, and monitor their quality
  
• Communicate with internal teams, partners, and clients on product development issues
  

Qualifications

You have:

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in fintech, trading platforms, or the crypto industry
  
• Deep understanding of digital asset trading processes, as well as experience developing requirements for high-speed and high-reliability systems
  
• Knowledge of API technologies, architecture, and modern solutions in the fintech field
  
• Experience working with international markets and regulations in the field of digital assets
  
• Ability to form a product development strategy and manage a development team
  
• Excellent communication skills
  

Will be a plus:

• Higher technical education
  
• Experience as a developer
  
• Experience launching your own business or startup
