• Verantwortung als technischer Know-how-Träger für das Erarbeiten von Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Problemstellungen im zugewiesenen Hard- und Software-Produktenbereich
  
• Technische Unterstützung und Schulung der Servicetechniker
  
• Bindeglied zwischen internationalem Support (L3) und lokalen Anforderungen
  
• Konfiguration und Parametrisierung von Kundenlösungen
  
• Analyse und Auswertung von Gerätedaten
  
• Erstellen technischer Anweisungen und Vorschriften
  
• Erkennen und Formulieren neuer Kundenanforderungen
  
• Testen und Homologieren von Baugruppen, Geräten und Software
  
• Kontinuierliche Suche nach Verbesserungen
  
• Mitwirkung bei Projekten
  

• Grundausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich oder als Informatiker ein Abschluss auf Stufe HF ist wünschenswert, Branchenerfahrung von Vorteil
  
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik und IT
  
• Gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel zwischen Hard- und Software
  
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Qualitätsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  
• Begeisterung für technisch herausfordernde Problemstellungen und Freude am Kundenservice und Kundensupport
  
• Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  
• Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
