To strengthen our Operations team in Zurich we are currently looking for a motivated and curious:

As a Junior IT Business Analyst at Aon, you will play a key role in the strategic development and support of locally implemented IT applications. You will contribute to quality assurance, interface optimisation, and the continuous improvement of our systems and processes. This role reports directly to the COO of Aon Switzerland.

• Strategic Development:
  
• Collaborate on the strategic development of IT applications
  
• Support current policy management application based on Microsoft Dynamics
  
• Support the system architecture for locally introduced applications and the development of new software solutions and processes
  

• Project Involvement:
  
• Participate in local and international IT projects
  
• Optimize interfaces with upstream and downstream systems and applications
  
• Coordinate with internal and external national and international suppliers and service providers
  

• Requirements Management and Usability Engineering:
  
• Capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and accurately interpret requirements
  
• Develop and maintain requirement documents
  
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate usability tests to ensure product user-friendliness
  
• Identify improvement potentials regarding user experience and derive corresponding recommendations
  
• Work with the development team to ensure the implementation of usability improvements
  

• Communication and Collaboration:
  
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including development, design, and product management
  
• Participate in meetings to discuss requirements and results, ensuring transparent information sharing
  

• Completed or currently in progress education or degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification in the commercial or IT field
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in German and English. French is a plus
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Suite are a must
  
• Initial experience in IT project management and business process analysis
  
• Basic knowledge of interface functionality and technologies
  
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies
  
• Enthusiasm for technical topics and the conception and development of new IT solutions
  
• Exposure to implementing and managing IT applications is a plus
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work
